how it feels having a “fun summer” in 2025

Calling it now, “C-suite exec” will be a protected class by next summer.

• Any time I read about or see Trump supporters (and to a lesser degree, anyone with faith in establishment Democrats) feeling surprised by outcomes, I can’t help but think of this basic concept.

• If things are getting too woke for you in the US, you can always move your family to Russia and die on the front lines of the Ukrainian War.

• While I am grateful to have not been her officemate, the Biglaw Biter is kind of an icon.

• “I work for Palantir…but I’m also a corgi mom.” This joke format will always make me laugh.

• Where do you land on the cheating CEO approval matrix? I’m personally pro-ruling class blowing up their lives, as long as it is consensual, and doesn’t end in him buying a US presidential election. Love that the coupling was age appropriate (very chic). Hate that it was at Gillette Stadium (too masc). Wishing the happy couple the very best! Thank you both for a fun news story, sorry you had to sacrifice your trustworthy straight person monogamy clout, just pretend you’re French and move on <3
